Tim Hudson CFP®, APMA®, CEPA, CLU, ChFC, CRPS®
Tim serves as the President of SilverStar Wealth Management, Inc., where he leverages his extensive expertise as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM professional (CFP®), Accredited Portfolio Management AdvisorSM (APMA®), and Certified Exit Planning AdvisorSM (CEPA®). Tim is dedicated to helping individuals and business owners grow, protect and distribute their wealth tax-efficiently while minimizing risks through comprehensive planning. He also holds several other esteemed designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®).
Growing up with a father who was a Methodist minister, Tim developed a deep desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. This, coupled with his keen interest in financial planning and wealth management propelled him into the financial industry over 20 years ago. His goal has always been to help people make wise financial decisions, enabling them to live purposeful lives aligned with their values.
Tim's commitment to financial education is evident through his regular financial seminars at local colleges, corporations and organizations throughout Houston. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association, The Society of Financial Services Professionals, and a founding member of The Academy of Preferred Financial Advisors.
Outside of his professional life, Tim is married and has two sons. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, hunting, fishing, and cheering on LSU football and baseball teams.
Jamie Borman
Jamie is our Client Services Director. She is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and has been a part of the Financial Industry for more than 13 years. During which time, she spent more than 9 years with an Independent Broker Dealer and an additional 2 years with Northwestern Mutual in Client Services and Marketing roles. She is best known for her conscientious work ethic and warm, friendly demeanor.
She is married, has two children Gabby and Cooper, and a Shiba Inu/Schipperke mix dog named Daisy. Jamie and her husband Matt enjoy traveling to warm destinations, visiting family in Nebraska and Florida and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers!
